 Mr. Sinnar has over twenty-five years of high level executive experience in driving high technology companies to rapid growth.  He was a leading marketing and sales executive at IBM, GTE and United Technologies, where he founded government and commercial sales organizations by implementing strategies that addressed enterprise applications resulting in stable, growing business elements.  Mr. Sinnar then turned his professional attention to early stage companies in the wireless telecom industry.  He was Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President at American Telecorp, First Pacific Networks, Datum, Odetics and Spectrian, where he designed strategic marketing and product programs that provided rapid revenue growth resulting in excellent capital formation.  He has participated in several IPOs and M&A activities, since his expertise is in growing companies toward successful exit strategies.

Mr. Sinnar is an industry expert in all areas of wireless telecommunications, having built successful business relationships in all world markets.  He has consulted to several firms in telecom, semiconductor and software areas, for product launches, reorganizations and fund raising.

Mr. Sinnar holds a masters degree in finance from Benjamin Franklin University.
